随着东风4D型等新机车的出现 ,柴油机结构尺寸发生了变化 ,原先安装气缸盖时所用的压缩间隙测量法压铅法已不适用。本文在分析原测量方法的基础上 ,提出了一种新的检测方法。介绍了新方法的原理和所用测量工具。采用新方法 ,可杜绝因气缸盖压缩间隙调整不当而造成的机破、临修的发生
With the advent of new locomotives such as the Dongfeng 4D, the structural dimensions of the diesel engine have changed. The compression clearance measurement method used in the original installation of the cylinder head has not been applied. In this paper, based on the analysis of the original measurement method, a new detection method is proposed. The principle of the new method and the measuring tools used are introduced.
