我厂WGZ-130/39-9型锅炉汽包水位是采用电接点水位计和玻璃水位计监视的。在运行中发现电接点水位计指示值比锅炉本身的玻璃水位计指示值高15~20mm,而且当水位波动或汽包内压力、温度变化时,水位指示值有时正常,有时偏离的更厉害。我们首先对各电极进行检查,因为电极的测量电阻值下降则可能造成电接点水位计指示偏高,检查更换后,仍未消除偏离。再观察分析,认为可能是电接点水位计测量筒与汽包之间的导压管有问题。停炉后检查,发现测量筒
