从国产X52直缝电阻焊输送管上取三点弯曲试样对焊缝进行了J积分试验。结果表明,无侧槽试样具有高的断裂韧性和裂纹扩展阻力,相比之下,带侧槽试样断裂韧性和裂纹扩展阻力大幅度降低。若进一步降低试验温度和/或在腐蚀介质中浸泡,断裂韧性呈下降趋势,但降低幅度不大。各钢管断裂韧性的差异与焊缝组织结构有关。建议以带侧槽试样的断裂韧性J0.2作为薄壁管道设计与安全评价的工程判据。
Three-point bending specimens were taken from domestic X52 straight seam resistance welded pipe to make J integral test. The results show that the specimens without side grooves have high fracture toughness and crack propagation resistance. In contrast, the fracture toughness and crack propagation resistance of the specimens with side grooves are greatly reduced.
