根据本钢薄板坯连铸连轧流程特点,开发了适应于薄板坯连铸连轧技术的700 MPa级高强度集装箱用钢合金成分设计;制定了一整套的控制轧制和控制冷却等工艺控制技术;确定了最佳工艺控制参数。所开发的700MPa级热轧钢带强度稳定,具有良好的冷弯成形性能。经集装箱制造企业的使用和检验证明,各项性能指标均满足用户要求并进行了批量化工业生产。
