针对现有主轴淬火机床在主轴锥孔感应淬火过程中存在的问题,介绍了采用微流量电液比例控制技术,和采用单片机的微机控制系统,实现了淬火过程中的变速控制。
Aiming at the existing problems in the spindle quenching process of the existing spindle quenching machine, the introduction of the micro-electro-hydraulic proportional control technology and the microcomputer control system using single-chip microcomputer are introduced to realize the variable speed control in quenching process.
