《机床设计手册》是主要为机床设计人员使用的一部工具书,已经出版了第一册(通用标准资料)、第二册(零件设计)、第五册(电力传动及控制系统设计),第三册(机床部件及机构设计和机床总体设计)在今年内即将出版,第二册也再次重印。这部手册的内容力求适合我国机床设计工作的实际需要,全面、系统地介绍机床设计诸方面的知识和资料,力求符合科学性、先进性和实用性的要求。但是由于编写和出版周期较长,各册已不能很好地适应上述要求。在进行全面修订之前,本手册编写组正在组织编写《机床设计手册续编》,内容包括机床零件的袖珍计算机计算程序、机床结构有限元计算、新型滚动导向元件、机床自动润滑系统、机床零部件优化设计、机床动态性能分析、机床热变形分析、机床噪声控制、机床模块化设计、大型机床基础等。本刊将从本期起连载部分内容。从这一期开始选载“机床零件的袖珍计算机计算程序”,其中除(一)、(二)、(三)节外,所介绍的计算程序都是依据《机床设计手册》第二册中的计算公式编写的.

Prior to the full revision, the handbook preparation group is preparing a “Continuation of the Machine Design Handbook,” including pocket computer program of machine tool parts, finite element calculation of machine tool structure, new rolling guide elements, automatic lubrication system of machine tools, machine tool parts Optimization design, machine dynamic performance analysis, machine tool thermal deformation analysis, machine noise control, machine tool modular design, large machine tool foundation. This issue will be serialized from this issue. From this period onwards, the “Pocket PC Computation Program for Machine Tool Parts” has been selected. Except for (a), (b) and (c) above, the calculation procedures introduced are based on “Machine Design Manual” Written in the formula.
