生产实践表明,应用组合冲模的冲裁工艺不但适于冲裁薄板,也适于冲裁中厚板,而且这是冲裁工艺发展的必然趋势。货车车体是由各种型钢和板材组焊而成。其冲裁件虽然名目繁多,尺寸各异。但分析起来,在冲裁件之间还存在着一定的内在联系。如:冲裁零件的厚度一般在3~16毫米(为中厚钢板)。枕横梁覆板、中梁隔板、小横梁等零件,它们的大小和冲裁缺口尺寸的变化都是有规律的。因此,在冲裁车辆零件时,应用组合冲模是可能和有效的。
