It expounds the basic connotation and elements of learning ability, analyzes the value of liberating learning ability, highlights the concept of taking students as the foundation, builds an effective classroom, enhances the marketing professional connotation, and boosts the needs of knowledge economy. At last, it puts forward some practical paths such as strengthening the goal, motivating the motivation, strengthening the process experience, cultivating the study perseverance, optimizing the teaching methods and improving the study ability, and forging the opportunities for the vocational school students to forge and comprehensively improving the quality of the personnel training in the vocational schools.
