1 医疗纠纷产生的主要原因 1.1 医院领导重视不够,管理人员素质不高 现阶段医院管理队伍的特点之一是由医疗技术骨干改行或兼任领导,这种做法的优点是管理者精通业务,有干劲。但他们大多缺乏管理知识和经验,有的领导不愿影响原来的专业特长,对医院管理不太热心,这样就不可能把主要精力放在提高管理质量上来;也有的领导往往做“老好人”,抱有临时观念,怕得罪人,遇到困难绕着走,不敢管,也不愿管;更为可怕的是领导班子不团结,缺少凝聚力和向心力。凡此种种必然导致管理松散、指挥乏力,监督失控,最终带来工作秩序的紊乱,差错事故在所难免。

Therefore, it is impossible to focus their efforts on improving the quality of management; some leaders often do “good old people”. There are temporary concepts, fear of offending people, difficulties in walking around, dare not to control, and are unwilling to manage; more terrible is that the leadership team is not united, lacks cohesion and centripetal force. All these things will inevitably lead to loose management, lack of command, and failure to monitor and control. Eventually, this will lead to disorder in the work order. It is inevitable that mistakes will occur.
