随着世界科学技术的飞速发展,全球经济一体化进程的日益加快和国际竞争的不断加剧,以及我国大力培育战略性新兴产业、转变经济发展方式、企业转型升级以及产业结构调整等发展要求,对我国现有工程技术人才队伍的素质提出了新的更高的要求,也为我国工程教育的改革与发展提出了新的课题。我国工程教育改革应积极借鉴发达国家先进经验,不断提高工程技术人才培养质量,为我国走新型工业化道路和建设创新型国家提供人才支撑和智力保证。
