During the “Sixth Five-Year Plan” period, the staff education in our hospital has made gratifying achievements and was rated as the advanced unit of employee education by Anhui Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources. During the “Seventh Five-Year” period, there was a slide in worker education, criticized by the director for his name. In order to solve this problem, our hospital conducted rectification and strengthened management on the basis of the previous work and achieved remarkable results. At the end of the “Seventh Five-year Plan” period, not only the training plan was overfulfilled, but also a survey on the achievements of staff education was conducted.
