目的 :观察蠲毒片 (Juandupian,JDP)对小鼠免疫系统的作用。方法 :用乙肝宁颗粒做对照 ,监测 JDP对小鼠体外巨噬细胞吞噬作用和淋巴细胞转化作用及在一周内对小鼠免疫器官重量、碳粒廓清和 HC50 试验的影响。结果 :JDP抑制小鼠体外巨噬细胞吞噬和淋巴细胞转化作用 ,减轻小鼠胸腺重量 ,碳粒廓清作用未见明显增加 ,可增强 HC50 反应。结论 :JDP对正常小鼠免疫系统有双相调节作用
Objective: To observe the effect of Juandupian (JDP) on the immune system in mice. Methods: The effect of JDP on phagocytosis and lymphocyte transformation of macrophages in mice and the effect of weight, carbon particle clearance and HC50 test on mouse immune organ in one week were monitored with the use of Yiganning Granules as a control. RESULTS: JDP inhibited macrophage phagocytosis and lymphocyte transformation in vitro, reduced the weight of thymus in mice, and did not significantly increase the clearance of carbon particles, and could enhance the HC50 response.
