随着我国加入世界贸易组织,外贸经营主体的数量大量增加。为维护健康的外贸经营秩序,切实加强对各类外贸企业的后期管理,外经贸部日前下发2003年进出口企业资格证书年审工作的有关事项通知。外经贸部自2003年1月1日起对各发证机关实行 CA 安全认证管理,向各受权发证机关发放电子钥匙,各受权发证机关将凭电子钥匙分权限登录系统进行操作。受权发证机关可对企业试行进出口经营资格证书
As China joins the World Trade Organization, the number of foreign trade operators has increased substantially. In order to maintain a healthy order of foreign trade and business and effectively strengthen the post-management of various types of foreign trade enterprises, the MOFTEC recently issued the circular on matters relating to annual examination of the qualification certificates for import and export enterprises in 2003. Since January 1, 2003, MOFTEC has implemented CA safety certification management for each issuing authority and distributed electronic keys to each authorized issuing authority. Each authorized issuing authority will log in to the system with electronic keys for authorization. Authorized license-issuing authority may pilot the import and export business credentials
