阳煤集团原四矿是阳泉地区最早的煤矿,从1908年命名为保晋公司第四矿厂至2009年关井,历经102年。四矿人几十年如一日,在追寻煤矿现代化、标准化的道路上不懈努力,创造了许多行业第一。同时涌现出了4名全国劳动模范,20名省部级劳动模范和先进人物,他们是成千上万矿工的杰出代表。他们吃苦耐劳、扎实严细、忠诚严谨、科学管理、先行先试、永不服输的精神,是四矿人生生不息、再创新业绩的强大动力。
The former coal mine of Yangquan Coal Group is the earliest coal mine in Yangquan area, which was named as the No.4 Mine of Baojin Company from 1908 to the well shutdown in 2009, after 102 years. In a matter of decades, the four mines have made unremitting efforts in pursuing the modernization and standardization of coal mines and have created many industry firsts. At the same time, four national model workers and 20 model workers and advanced people at the provincial and ministerial level emerged. They are outstanding representatives of thousands of miners.
