患者女性,28岁.因间歇性尿道口包块脱出伴血尿月余,加重2天,于1995年5月13日入院.一月中曾两次脱出包块,包块脱出时伴大量血尿.1994年4～5月曾出现血尿并排尿不畅,在外院行膀胱镜检查,发现膀胱右侧壁有一肿块,约4cm×4dm×3cm大小,未处理.1995年4月因“宫外孕”在另一医院手术,住院期间出现大量血尿伴尿道口包块脱出,行止血、抗炎治疗后包块消失.检查:BP14/ The patient was female, aged 28, with intermittent urethral orifice prolapse with hematuria and exacerbation for 2 days and was admitted on May 13, 1995.
