形变化学热处理是很有发展前途的一种新型热处理工艺。但室温预形变产生的缺陷是加速还是阻碍碳氮共渗过程的实验结果及其所作的解释却不一致。 由于正电子湮没技术对晶体空位型的缺陷极其灵敏,我们对低碳钢冷轧形变产生的缺陷及其在盐炉中加热和氰化发生的变化进行了研究。
Deformation chemical heat treatment is a promising new heat treatment process. However, the preconditioning at room temperature is not accelerated or hindered carbon nitriding process experimental results and their explanation is inconsistent. Due to the extreme sensitivity of positron annihilation technique to crystal vacancies, we investigated the defects caused by the cold rolling of mild steel and the changes of heating and cyanide in the salt furnace.
