根据某煤矿井下中央泵房排水工程自动化监控系统的实际应用,介绍了该系统的组成、功能以及应用,由水仓水位、矿井用电信息以及水泵效率等因素设计了多种运行方式。主要阐述了根据水泵效率这一参数来启动水泵的方法。该系统能合理调度水泵运行,具有自动化程度高、运行费用低及工作可靠等特点,并提供及时的报警及检修报告。
According to the practical application of automatic monitoring system of drainage project in a central underground pump house of a coal mine, the composition, function and application of the system are introduced. Various operation modes are designed according to water level of water sump, information of electricity consumption in mine and pump efficiency. Mainly describes the pump efficiency according to this parameter to start the pump. The system can reasonably schedule the pump operation, with a high degree of automation, low operating costs and reliable work and other characteristics, and provide timely alarm and maintenance reports.
