针对材料成形实验教学中出现的教学设备欠缺和使用困难的问题,以A356铝合金半固态锻造成形和半固态挤压成形为例,设计了用于锻造成形和挤压成形通用模架和成形模具。采用机械搅拌法制备了A356铝合金半固态坯料,对坯料进行了二次加热实验,并分别进行了锻造成形?挤压成形和锻挤成形过程的研究。重点研究了坯料锻挤成形工艺参数对成形件的影响,并对锻挤成形工艺进行了优化。实验结果表明,与传统的将锻造和挤压分别成形的工艺相比,将两者结合起来的锻挤成形工艺具有良好的经济性,其最后成形的制件性能好。该工艺流程短,并可节约成形模具的使用,为科研设备和教学设备的综合使用进行了有益的探索。
Aimed at the problems of lack of teaching equipment and difficulties in the teaching of material forming experiment, the semi-solid forging and semi-solid extrusion of A356 aluminum alloy were taken as examples to design the universal mold and forming die for forging and extrusion . A356 aluminum alloy semi-solid billet was prepared by mechanical stirring method. The secondary heating experiment was carried out on the billet. The forging, extrusion and forging extrusion processes were studied respectively. Focusing on the billet forging extrusion process parameters on the shape of the impact, and forging extrusion process was optimized. The experimental results show that, compared with the traditional forging and extrusion forming process, the combination of the two forging extrusion process has good economy, the final shape of the workpiece performance. The process is short, and can save the use of forming mold for the comprehensive use of scientific research equipment and teaching equipment for a useful exploration.
