麻醉犬静脉注射绞股蓝总皂甙（ＧＰｓ）２０ｍｇ／ｋｇ后，体动脉压与肺动脉压显著降低，心率显著减慢，心输出量、心阻抗微分图Ｃｄｚ／ｄｔｍａｘ及Ｈｅａｔｈｅｒ指数呈降低趋势，射血前期呈延长趋势。体血管阻力与肺血管阻力、左心室射血时间及血浆血管紧张素Ⅰ与血管紧张素Ⅱ浓度等无显著变化。结果提示，ＧＰｓ在该浓度下静脉注射可能对犬心功能有抑制作用，体动脉压与肺动脉压的降低可能与之有关。
