北京国贸桥一期异形板结构主要采用了板底粘贴钢板的方法进行加固。目前的公路桥梁加固设计与施工规范对粘贴钢板加固法有些简单的原则性论述,但是具体实施的操作性不强,设计施工中遇到的一些问题,均需要按照国标的建筑结构加固设计规范进行,而目前建筑结构加固施工验收规范也仅处于报批阶段,实际使用的依据性存在一定的问题。本文通过对国贸桥的设计及施工配合实践,得出如下结论:(1)目前在国标文件尚未正式实施前,桥梁结构加固施工验收应按照《建筑结构加固工程施工质量验收规范(报批稿)》执行;(2)作为粘贴钢板加固的关键问题,胶的抗冲击韧性与钢板锚固螺栓的抗腐蚀要求必须予以高度重视。
