在1994年10月6日—8日在北京召开的《信息市场与国际合作研讨会暨展示会》上,乌家培、周起风就我国十年来信息服务业快速发展所取得的成绩做发言,慨括为如下九个方面: (1)以信息报刊为主体的传统信息服务产业的高速发展 1993年与1984年要相比全国省以上报纸为458种,增长1.7倍;出版杂志6816种,增长74.4％;出版新书97606种,增长1.44倍;广播电台达983座、电视台83座,分别增长4.8倍和6.3倍。 (2)政府信息系统已初步形成全国规模的骨架
