作者报道了利用~(99m)Tc标记DTPA的放射性核素肾显像技术,观察经静脉持续滴注α-人心钠素(ANP)对轻-中度原发性高血压病人的肾小球滤过率(GFR)、血压、心率及肾素、醛固酮分泌的影响.病例:12例原发性高血压患者(男7例、女5例,平均年龄42岁,随机分为两组,ANP组及对照组各6例.仪器及方法:γ相机,低能平行准直,病人直立于探头前,静脉注射~(99m)Tc-DTPA111MBq,利用肾图感兴趣区(ROI)方法,首先计算出~(99m)TC-DTPA的局部摄取率.GFR按下列公式求出:GFR=〔~(99m)Tc-DTPA局部摄取率×9.81270〕-6.82519.
The authors report the use of ~ (99m) Tc labeled DTPA radionuclide renal imaging technology observed by intravenous infusion of α-human atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) in patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension, glomerular filtration (GFR), blood pressure, heart rate and the influence of renin and aldosterone secretion.Patients: 12 patients with essential hypertension (7 males and 5 females, mean age 42 years) were randomly divided into two groups: ANP group And control group (n = 6) .METHODS AND METHODS: γ-ray camera with low-energy parallel collimation was used.
