大家知道,培养人才的最初基础是在幼儿园,而决定幼儿园工作质量的关键,是一园之长的素质。我认为八十年代的园长除了有根据教育改革的需要,锐意进取的精神之外,还要能做到以下几点: 一、要实事求是地对待每个教师,经常与教师促膝谈心,关心教师的思想、工作和生活,调动敦职工的积极性,充分发挥教师的主动性和特长,共同管理好幼儿。二、要欢迎更多热爱幼教事业并有上进心的教师来幼儿园工作,解决因师资不足而影响教育质量的问题。同时邀请有一技之长的男同志来园工作,改变幼教队伍的成分,解决幼儿园在饲养、种植以及修理电器、机械设备等方面的难题。三、要经常为家长考虑,应想家长之想,急家长之急,做到既方便家长又尽量不向家长多收费,使广大家长对孩子入园后感到放心和满意,从而取得家长信任,促使家长更好地配合幼儿园的教育。
