班级管理在教学过程中也是非常重要的环节,它某种程度上能决定着教学的成败。对于初中生来说,他们这个年龄阶段情绪波动大,思想容易走极端,容易叛逆自闭等,所以应该是班级管理最难,也是最需要有效班级管理的阶段。
Class management is also a very important part of the teaching process, which can to some extent determine the success or failure of teaching. For junior high school students, their mood swings at this age, their thoughts tend to go extremes, easy rebellious and so on, so it should be the most difficult class management, but also the most in need of effective class management stage.
