深孔类零件,在机械制造中是经常迂到的。尤其是液压机械产品中的油缸、立柱、热板等零件上的孔,其长度与直径之比都超过5~10,都属于深孔类零件。其加工都较复杂。深孔钻削又是深孔加工的第一道工序;它直接影响以后工序的加工精度。对坯料为实体的深孔钻削则必须满足排屑顺利、散热条件好、加工精度高的要求。我们厂的产品,经常有深孔类零件。所用的深孔钻床是内排屑深孔钻床。在生产中经常遇到材料为A_3,钻孔宜径为φ25的零件。因为材料的含碳量低,塑性大,发粘,且加工孔的数量多,用国内目前常用的几种深孔钻头都不能满足要求。
