上海市成功申办2010年世博会是弘扬和提升中华民族精神的一次成功实践。“申博”成功在于有振奋的民族精神的支撑,“申博”、“办博”也是我国民族精神提升的契机。因此,在“申博”、“办博”过程中,自觉弘扬和培育民族精神,并且在生动的实践中丰富和提升民族精神,是我们全面建设小康社会、推进先进文化建设和实现中华民族伟大振兴的极为重要的历史任务。
Shanghai’s successful bid to host the 2010 World Expo is a successful practice of promoting and enhancing the Chinese national spirit. The success of “Shenbo” lies in the support of the inspiring national spirit. “Shenbo” and “hosting the Expo” are also opportunities for the enhancement of our national spirit. Therefore, in the process of “applying for the Expo” and “organizing the Expo,” consciously carrying forward and nurturing the national spirit and enriching and promoting the national spirit in vivid practice are the most important tasks for us in building an overall well-to-do society, advancing the advanced culture and realizing the great cause of the Chinese nation Rejuvenation of the most important historical mission.
