This paper reports the prevalence of TC, LDL-C, TC / HDL-C and TG in both 272 men and women with coronary heart disease (148 patients with chronic myocardial infarction) who were higher than normal, HDL-C and plasma LCAT activity Were significantly lower than normal. Because plasma LCAT activity increases with increasing TG, the relationship between LCAT activity and coronary heart disease must be measured in patients with normal TG and HD-C / TC. In this group of data, a total of 61 patients with coronary heart disease, found that their LCAT activity was significantly lower than the conventional group. In this part of patients with coronary heart disease, LCAT activity below 50nmol / ml / h suggests that the risk of coronary heart disease increased.
