近年来,由于电力供求关系的变化,使水电站实际发电量和其设计电量不相符。基于电站来水和电力负荷这两个重要影响因素,本文引进可用来水的定义,总结出水电站运行考核的新参数:空耗比率、发电耗水率、水能利用率及水能利用提高率、可用水能利用率。这些参数能更好地为电站节水增发电考核服务。另外,本文归纳出了水电站节水增发电的措施,提出利用上述参数进行节水增发电考核。
In recent years, due to changes in the relationship between electricity supply and demand, the actual generating capacity of hydropower stations does not match the designed capacity. Based on the two important influencing factors such as incoming power and electric load, this paper introduces the definition of available water and summarizes the new parameters of operation assessment of hydroelectric power station: space-consumption ratio, power generation and water consumption rate, water energy utilization rate and water energy utilization rate, Available water energy efficiency. These parameters can be better for the water station power generation testing services. In addition, this paper summarizes the measures of saving electricity and generating electricity by hydropower stations and puts forward the evaluation of water-saving and electricity generation using the above parameters.
