目的:了解上海市浦东新区卫生服务中心门/急诊伤害就诊病历分布特征,为社区伤害干预提供科学依据。方法:以上海市浦东新区47家社区卫生服务中心为伤害监测点医院,对2011年1月1日~2011年12月31日到医院门/急诊就诊的被确诊为伤害的首诊患者作为分析对象。结果:共收到报告病例34046例,其中男、女性别比为1.61:1;以本区人口为主,有20448人(60.06%),其次外省市10882人(31.96%);本区人口伤害高发年龄为40~64岁,伤害发生地点以家为主;外省市伤害高发年龄为15~39岁,地点以工业和建筑区域占首位;伤害原因以跌倒/坠落为主,其次为刀/锐器伤、钝器伤和非机动车车祸。结论:跌倒/坠落、刀/锐器伤是伤害发生的主要原因,应作为防治的重点;还应重视老年人口及外来人口的伤害干预。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the distribution characteristics of medical records of door / emergency injury in Shanghai Pudong New Area Health Service Center and to provide a scientific basis for community injury intervention. Methods: 47 community health service centers in Pudong New District of Shanghai were taken as the injury monitoring hospital, and the first diagnosed patients who were admitted to the hospital gate / emergency department from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011 were analyzed. Object Results: A total of 34046 reported cases were received, of which 1.61: 1 were male and female respectively; 20448 (60.06%) were residents of this sub-district, followed by 10882 (31.96%) of the other provinces and municipalities; and the population in this area The injury age ranged from 40 to 64 years old. The injury occurred mainly at home. The provinces and cities with high incidence of injuries ranged from 15 to 39 years old, occupying the first place in the industrial and construction areas. The main causes of injuries were falling / falling, followed by knife Sharp injuries, blunt trauma and non-motor vehicle accidents. Conclusion: Fall / fall, knife / sharp injuries are the main causes of injuries and should be the focus of prevention and treatment. Attention should also be paid to the injury interventions of the elderly and migrants.
