本文提出用环路图来搜索多组份蒸馏的最优流程,这种新搜索法有别于前人的序列矩阵法和树图法,它包括两个内容:第一,建立环路图来描述分离子问题的数学排列,发展环路一步合成的新方法而区别于前人的分步合成,籍以快速读出分离序列的可行解和简化计算程序;第二,提出决策环路图的简化新算法,来减少可行序列的方案数,从而得到最优流程。本法和国内外同类计算方法比较具有较高的搜索效率,并举例验证之。
This paper proposes to search the optimal flow of multi-component distillation by using the loop diagram. This new search method is different from the predecessor’s sequence matrix method and tree diagram method.
