探讨 K19m RNA表达与乳腺癌病人淋巴结微转移的关系。应用 RT- PCR方法检测 2 0例乳腺癌组织及其 6 8枚腋下淋巴结和 4份正常乳腺组织、4枚正常淋巴结、5枚良性肿瘤患者腋下淋巴结中 K19m RNA,并与传统病理学检查淋巴结癌转移对照。结果显示 :正常乳腺组织及乳腺癌细胞 K19m RNA检测均为阳性 ,对照正常淋巴结、良性肿瘤患者淋巴结 RT- PCR结果阴性 ;组织病理学检查存在转移的 8枚淋巴结其 K19m RNA检测亦阳性 ,组织病理学检测无转移的 6 0枚淋巴结中有 7枚 K19m RNA RT- PCR检测阳性。因此 ,RT- PCR检测 K19m RNA可更敏感地检出淋巴结中的微转移灶 ,对乳腺癌转移的诊断有一定的实用价值。
To investigate the relationship between K19m RNA expression and lymph node micrometastasis in patients with breast cancer. The K19m RNA in axillary lymph nodes of 20 breast cancer tissues and 68 axillary lymph nodes and 4 normal breast tissues, 4 normal lymph nodes and 5 benign tumors were detected by RT-PCR and compared with conventional pathological examination Lymph node metastasis control. The results showed that K19m RNA in normal breast tissues and breast cancer cells were all positive. The results of lymph node RT-PCR in normal lymph nodes and benign tumors were negative. There were 8 lymph nodes in the histopathological examination with positive K19m RNA, Seven of 60 unrelated lymph nodes were detected by RT-PCR with K19m RNA. Therefore, the detection of K19m RNA by RT-PCR can detect the micrometastases in lymph nodes more sensitively, which has certain practical value for the diagnosis of breast cancer metastasis.
