我国的医疗改革正在进行,然而改革成效暂时还不突出,医患矛盾不断激发。医疗卫生行业受到很大冲击,患者也愈发对医疗系统产生不信任。医生已经成为高危职业。而在校医学生的未来职业规划也备受医患关系影响。本文试图从医患矛盾出发,通过其激发的原因,阐述医学生进行职业规划的几个依据,进而分析医患关系对医学生未来科室选择的影响,对医学生理性处理个人志向和科室选择具有一定意义。
The medical reform in our country is under way. However, the effectiveness of the reform is not yet outstanding, and the contradiction between doctors and patients is continuously stimulated. The healthcare industry has been hit hard and patients are increasingly distrusting the healthcare system. Doctors have become high-risk occupations. The future career planning of medical students is also affected by doctor-patient relationship. This paper attempts to start from the contradiction between doctors and patients, through its motivation reasons, to explain some of the medical students career planning, and then analyze the relationship between doctors and patients on the selection of medical students in the future impact of the Department of Physiology, A certain meaning.
