目的 :探讨放射治疗对细胞免疫功能的影响以及免疫治疗在放疗过程中的作用。方法 :将 6 6例恶性肿瘤患者分为单纯放疗组和放疗 +免疫增强剂治疗组 ,采用直线加速器高能 X线和电子线局部外照射 ,观察放疗前后两组患者 T细胞亚群水平。结果 :单纯放疗组疗后 CD3、CD4、CD8与疗前比均明显降低 (P<0 .0 5 )。放疗 +免疫增强剂治疗组放疗前后对比 ,CD3、CD4、CD8水平无差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :肿瘤患者存在细胞免疫功能低下 ,放疗进一步抑制细胞免疫功能 ,放疗加用免疫治疗能提高细胞免疫功能
Objective: To investigate the effect of radiotherapy on cellular immune function and the role of immunotherapy in radiotherapy. Methods : Sixty-six patients with malignant tumors were divided into single radiotherapy group and radiotherapy plus immunopotentiator treatment group. Linear accelerator high-energy X-ray and local external electron beam irradiation were used to observe the levels of T cell subsets before and after radiotherapy. RESULTS: The CD3, CD4, CD8, and pretreatment ratios were significantly lower after radiotherapy alone (P<0.05). Radiotherapy + immunostimulant treatment group before and after radiotherapy contrast, CD3, CD4, CD8 levels no difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Patients with cancer have low cellular immune function. Radiotherapy further inhibits cellular immune function. Radiotherapy combined with immunotherapy can improve cellular immune function.
