新近一期的《广西大学学报》刊载了贺雪峰的文章,就乡村文化建设问题发表了看法。贺雪峰认为,当前乡村建设的重点是文化建设,与此相关,当前“三农”中存在的主要问题是文化的破坏。进入二十一世纪以来,农民家庭收入水平持续增加,农村贫困人口快速减少,农业生产条件大幅度改善,机械化快速推进,农村生活基础设施和基本社会保障也大幅度改善。可以说,在中国数千年历史上,只有进入二十一世纪的这十多年是中国农民收入增
