本文利用自己研制的仪器,对原子荧光测汞法的最佳实验条件进行了探讨,以便使该法更趋完善。实验得出,在最佳条件下,该法的检出极限为2ppt,相对标准偏差为2.1%。 (一)试剂与仪器汞标准溶液:含汞100μg/ml。用时准确稀释成含汞l0ng/ml。氯化亚锡溶液:10%。硫酸溶液:3N。仪器装置:自制。在YYG-77型冷原子荧光测汞仪的基础上进行了改进:增大了仪器
In this paper, using the instrument developed by ourselves, the best experimental conditions of atomic fluorescence mercury determination were discussed in order to make the law more perfect.
