1990年11月9—10日,宁夏高校图工委在宁夏大学图书馆举行全区高校图书馆教育职能研讨会。宁夏高校图工委部分副主任、图书馆馆长及论文作者共二十余人出席了研讨会。宁夏高教学会秘书长、宁大副校长刘世俊、宁夏图书馆学会秘书长、《图书馆理论与实践》副主编张欣毅、宁夏图书馆学会学术委员会主任钱拱辰应邀参加。研讨会由宁夏高校图工委秘书长傅新海同志主持。会上,十篇论文的作者宣读了他们的论文。这些论文,从强化高校图书馆教育职能的必要性;图书馆的思想教育职能和导读工作;高校图书馆如何为加强思想政治教育工作服务;高校图书馆人员
On November 9-10, 1990, the Ningxia University Work Committee held a seminar on the educational functions of university libraries in Ningxia University Library. A total of more than twenty people, including the deputy director of the Library and Working Committee of Ningxia University, the director of the library and the author of the essay, attended the seminar. Ningxia Higher Education Association Secretary-General, Ningda Vice President Liu Shijun, Ningxia Library Association Secretary-General, “Library Theory and Practice” deputy editor Zhang Xinyi, Ningxia Library Association Academic Committee Qian Gongchen was invited to attend. The seminar was presided over by Fu Xinhai, secretary general of the Labor Department of Ningxia University. At the meeting, ten papers authors read out their essay.
