本文首次提出用贴片云纹干涉法测量离面位移及振动,文中就测量原理,定量公式,灵敏度等问题进行了讨论,并给出实验结果。
This paper presents for the first time the measurement of out-of-plane displacement and vibration using the patch moire interferometry. In this paper, the measurement principle, quantitative formula, sensitivity and other issues are discussed and the experimental results are given.
