分析了制约建立完善的我国科技期刊评价体系的各种因素,指出SCI在应用中的局限性,对建立我国独立的期刊评价体系提出了一些建议。
Analyzes various factors restricting the establishment of a perfect evaluation system of Chinese sci-tech periodicals, points out the limitations of SCI in application and puts forward some suggestions on establishing an independent periodical evaluation system in China.
