因为做商业财经媒体已有些年头,企业界几年来的阵阵流行风,多少还是感受了一些。比方最早时兴广告,接着时髦CI,后来热衷策划,再后来是推崇人力资源管理、ERP、CRM等等,等等。几年来不断摸索和进步的企业管理,恰似忙不迭缝补的一件长衫,今天发现前襟短了,赶紧补上一块,明天发现袖子破了,就再补一块。持续的缝缝补补之后,到如今,这件长衫虽然还远说不上完美,但毕竟是越来越遮体、越来越合用了。
