本文向读者介绍一种新型的坡度传感器。作者根据在农机试验中往往需对拖拉机及农机具的作业坡度进行测量的要求,研制了一种基于动力学及电阻应变理论,结构简单、安装测量方便的坡度传感器。用之可以测量机具工作时的横向或纵向坡度。这种传感器其测量坡度上限为30°,下限为1°,非线性误差较小,灵敏度足够。为农机具作业坡度的测量提供了一个可靠、易行的信号传感装置。
This article introduces the reader to a new type of gradient sensor. According to the requirements of measuring the operating gradient of tractors and agricultural machinery in the agricultural machinery test, the authors developed a slope sensor based on dynamics and resistance strain theory, which is simple in structure and easy to install and measure. It can be used to measure the horizontal or vertical slope of the machine when working. This sensor has an upper slope of 30°, a lower limit of 1°, a small nonlinearity error, and sufficient sensitivity. It provides a reliable and easy-to-use signal sensing device for the measurement of agricultural machinery operation slope.
