随着水电行业自动化、智能化程度的不断提高,水利电业公司对职工的素质要求也越来越高。职工教育发展成为了水利电业公司当前需要抓紧的重点工作之一。为了有效地促进职工教育发展,就应当深入剖析目前职工教育发展中存在的问题,探究改进职工教育发展的有效策略。
With the hydropower industry automation, the continuous improvement of the level of intelligence, water conservancy and electrical power companies on the quality requirements of workers is also getting higher and higher. The development of employee education has become one of the key tasks that the hydropower companies need to pay close attention to now. In order to promote the development of employee education effectively, we should analyze the existing problems in employee education development in depth and explore effective strategies to improve the development of employee education.
