我厂生产区总排污沟全长206米,贯穿公路、铁路和本地航运公司的煤场,过去由于无防压、防腐措施,经常发生水沟爆裂渗漏事故,直接危及正常生产。1979年我厂采用浙江青田县矿业公司经销的花岗岩板为防腐内衬,新建一条总排污沟,于1980年6月使用至今已历时6年,经检查未见有震裂或腐蚀现象。现将排污沟工程简介如下:
The total length of the sewage ditches in the production area of our factory is 206 meters. It runs through coal yards of highways, railways, and local shipping companies. In the past, due to the lack of anti-pressure and anti-corrosion measures, the leakage of water trench bursts often occurred, which directly endangered normal production. In 1979, our factory adopted the granite plate distributed by Zhejiang Qingtian County Mining Co., Ltd. as the anticorrosive lining, and built a new sewage drainage ditch. It was used in June 1980 and has been used for 6 years. No crack or corrosion phenomenon was found after inspection. The sewage drainage ditch project is introduced as follows:
