本实验通过破坏豚鼠内淋巴囊,阻塞内淋巴导管建立内淋巴水肿模型,观察不同水肿时间豚鼠内耳病理及耳蜗电图的改变。发现该模型的内淋巴水肿随术后时间的推移而逐渐加重,4周组动物出现前庭膜破裂及毛细胞变性。还发现内淋巴水肿动物听阈提高,SP、AP、CM振幅下降,部分呈进行性下降趋势,而SP/AP比值并不升高。文章根据实验结果讨论了耳蜗图在内淋巴水肿中的诊断意义。
In this study, the model of endolymphatic edema was established by destroying the endolymphatic sac in guinea pigs and blocking the endolymphatic vessels to observe the changes of pathology and electrochromogram of inner ear in different edema time. It was found that the model of endolymphatic edema with the passage of time gradually aggravated, 4 weeks group animals showed rupture of vestibular membranes and hair cell degeneration. It was also found that the hearing threshold of endolymphatic edema increased, the amplitude of SP, AP and CM decreased, some of them showed a trend of progressive decrease, while the SP / AP ratio did not increase. According to the experimental results, the article discusses the diagnostic significance of cochlear map in endolymphatic edema.
