国务院日前下发文件,批转了公安部关于解决当前户口管理工作中几个突出问题的意见。文件指出,要重点解决以下四个户口管理方面的问题:一是实行婴儿落户随父随母自愿的政策。今后,新出生的婴儿可以在父亲或者母亲常住户口所在地的户口登记机关申报常住户口。对以往出生并要求在城市随父落户的未成年人,可以逐步解决其在城市落户的问题。学龄前儿童应当优先予以解决。二是放宽解决夫妻分居问题的户口政策。对已在投靠的配偶所在城市居住一定年限的公民,应当根据自愿的原则准予在 The State Council recently issued the document and approved the views of the Ministry of Public Security on solving several prominent problems in the current hukou management. The paper pointed out that we should focus on solving the following four account management issues: First, the introduction of the baby settled in the mother voluntary policy. From now on, a new born baby may declare a permanent residence in the household registration authority where his father’s or mother’s permanent resident’s household is located. For those minors born in the past who demanded that they settle down with their fathers in the city, they can gradually solve the problem of settling their cities in the cities. Preschool children should be given priority to be resolved. Second, relax the hukou policy to solve the problem of separation of husband and wife.
