病毒性肝炎可伴有造血系统的损害,它既可以是红细胞、白细胞、血小板等一种或两种细胞受损,也可以是全血细胞受损。肝炎所致的再障,国外报道已超过200例。国内报告至今能见到的资料为13例。本文报道2例,并结合文献复习进行简要的讨论。例1 易××,男性,26岁,战士。因头晕、皮肤紫斑二月余于1977年8月15日入院。1976年10月患者因乏力、纳差、皮肤发黄、肝区痛住入某院,检查肝功SGPT 180—280单位,住院四个多月。1977年6月因头晕发现皮肤紫斑,检查有全血细胞减少,骨髓穿刺三次,
