目的了解江苏省近年来疟疾疫情回升地区媒介按蚊种类。方法采用rDNA ITS2区段基因序列分析技术,对半通宵室外人饵诱捕法和清晨蚊帐内捕蚊法捕获的现场按蚊进行蚊种鉴定。结果经形态学鉴定和PCR基因扩增,并与实验室模式种中华按蚊、嗜人按蚊、八代按蚊、雷氏按蚊DNA基因比较,现场捕获的按蚊均为中华按蚊。结论中华按蚊仍是目前江苏省疟疾疫情回升地区的主要传疟媒介。
Objective To understand the types of Anopheles vectors in Jiangsu province in recent years with the rise of malaria epidemic. Methods The rDNA ITS2 gene sequence analysis was used to identify the mosquito species of Anopheles mosquitoes captured by the semi-overnight outdoor baits and early-morning mosquito nets catches. The results of morphological identification and PCR amplification, and laboratory patterns of Anopheles sinensis, Anopheles anthracis, Anopheles sinensis, Anopheles mosquitoes DNA genes comparison, the scene were captured Anopheles sinensis Anopheles. Conclusion Anopheles sinensis is still the main malaria vector in the area where the escalation of malaria in Jiangsu Province is currently recovering.
