The protonated molecular ions [M + H] ¯ + and [M + Na] ¯ + were observed in all the compounds. The formation of fragment ions was mainly caused by the dehydration or deprotection of MH +, and the sequence ions were clearly observed. Loss of intact pyranose produces lactate peptide ions.
