(一) 药理部分: 臭梧桐、地龙主要降压成分对蛙脊髓反射、舍切諾夫抑制和小鼠游泳活动均无明显的影响;臭梧桐主要降压成分对药物性惊瘚和电惊厥均无对抗作用,其镇靜和延长巴比妥类作用比粗制品稍弱,但地龙主要降压成分大剂量伴有明显的抗惊厥作用(尤其是对药物性惊厥)。两药的主要降压成分沒有直接扩张血管作用,在麻醉和不麻醉整体动物
(1) Pharmacology: The major antihypertensive components of S. japonica and Earthworm had no significant effect on frog spinal cord reflex, Chechenov inhibition, and swimming activity of mice. The main antihypertensive component of Syringa konnelensis was drug-induced seizures and electroconvulsions. There was no antagonistic effect. Its sedation and prolonged barbiturates were slightly weaker than crude products, but large doses of major antihypertensive components in earthworms were accompanied by significant anticonvulsant effects (especially for drug-induced convulsions). The main antihypertensive component of the two drugs does not directly dilate blood vessels in the anesthetic and does not anesthetize the whole animal
