植酸以顺—1、2、35—反—4.6环已六醇六正磷酸的结构存在,是一种天然的多功能添加剂,具有广泛的用途。目前,常用于测定植酸的方法有重量法和沉淀滴定法。重量法测定植酸的结果准确,但在测定前需要对有机物进行破坏,既麻烦又费时。用沉淀滴定法直接滴定植酸,由于沉淀的生成,会影响终点的观察,不易获得准确的结果。当采用返滴定法时,过量的金属离子常被沉淀吸附,並且沉淀条件不同
