我厂现有的炼钢设备不能一次完成较大的铸件,每片重达4吨多的机车车架只得分三节澆铸,然后焊接为一体。以前采用手工电弧焊对接,现在采用了板极电渣焊。经过两次试验:工建型0-3-0;1005;1006的车架用板极电渣焊对接,证明质量良好。表1是一台机车车架采用两种对接方法的比较。值得注意的是,在目前焊条供应不足的情况下,采用电渣焊更具有额外的意义。电源是用两部I-500型电焊机并联。
The existing steelmaking equipment in our factory can not complete the larger castings at once. Each locomotive frame weighing more than 4 tons only has to be cast in three sections and then welded together. Previously used manual arc welding docking, now using a plate electrode electroslag welding. After two tests: the construction of 0-3-0; 1005; 1006 frame with plate electrode electroslag welding docking, to prove good quality. Table 1 is a locomotive frame with two docking method comparison. It is noteworthy that, in the current lack of supply of electrodes, the use of electroslag welding has more significance. Power is used in two I-500-type welding machine in parallel.
